FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Postage to Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands is bpost Standard tracked, flat rate.

To the rest of the EU + worldwide, you have the choice between Economy untracked or Standard tracked. Shipping from Belgium is very expensive outside of our neighbouring countries, so I'd rather give you the choice. Untracked is, of course, at your own risk.

What about import duties and taxes?

Any customs duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, this means that customers ordering outside the EU could be charged according to their region's rules & regulations regarding import tax.

When will my item(s) arrive?

Some products are ready made and will ship soon after you place an order.

For made-to-order garments, please allow up to 10 days for manufacturing, depending on the amount ordered.

In some cases like T-shirts, I might need to stock up on a certain size before I can start working on it, which takes a little more time.

How do I care for my garment?

Dry clean or hand wash is always recommended for all garments.

The edges around the designs on the T-shirts & sweatshirts are deliberately left unfinished to give them a rougher feel and look. Naturally, over time these will fray more but this is considered part of the design.

How do you keep your environmental impact low?

I take climate change and my impact on the planet highly seriously. I do not stand for overconsumption or the current pace of the fashion industry but rather choose to walk my own path, at my own speed.

This is why I only manufacture in limited quantities and prefer using deadstock materials where possible. This means that when something sells out, it might come back at a later date in, say, a different colour or fabric. Or not at all. Or maybe a certain piece is only made once per size according to the amount of fabric available. This is the beauty of clothes to me, owning something unique is far more special than a mass produced item.

Where was my garment made?

All pieces are made with lots of love and attention in Antwerp, Belgium. Only clothing I have to purchase beforehand (T-shirts and sweatshirts) are sourced elsewhere and then reworked here in Antwerp as well. Currently, T-shirts are Fruit of the Loom and sweatshirts are Native Spirit.

This is very much a passion project and I really put an emphasis on craftsmanship and doing as much as possible myself.
